Order Form Print Options

Print Receiving copy, prints an extra copy of the order, without showing the prices

If your print out is not centered on the paper, adjusting the Center Print will help correct it

Print a sample of all the order forms, a form to fit many different situations

Hover mouse over area to view details

• Part Number Column Width
  Adjusts Part Number column approx 1/4" wider or narrower
• Account Column Width
  Adjusts Account column approx 1/4" wider or narrower
• Select Printer
  Selects default printer, use a PDF program to save as PDF file
  Select fax to fax order
• Do Not Show Print Options checkbox
  Check this box to hide this window when printing
  This screen is still accessible from the main menu
• Print Multiple Copies
  Print more than 1 copy
• Print Receiving Copy
  Prints an extra copy with out prices
• Left Hand Margin
  Used to increase left hand margin or center print on paper
• Right Hand Margin
  Used to increase right hand margin or center form on the paper
• Print Preview button
  View simulated print out
• Printed Form Options
  Expands window to view all printing options
• Cancel Print
  Cancels print
• Print Form
  completes print
• Special Instructions
  5 Lines available on the order form, may be edited in the 'My Company' window
• Requested By
  Prints at various locations on most forms, may be renamed and the value may be stored for quick retrieval, searchable
• Print Form Lines
  Optionally prints item separating lines on most forms
• Send To
  Prints at various locations on most forms(below requested by), may be renamed and the value may be stored for quick retrieval, searchable
• Order Notes
  Prints 1 line (approx 100 char) at the bottom of the item list, labeled Order Notes
• Vendor #
  Prints above the vendor area, it is edited in the vendor edit window, wording may be renamed
• Approved By
  Prints at the lower right on most forms, wording may be edited
• Customer
  Prints at the top of most forms, wording may be edited and value searched
• Do Not Use Hi-Lite Shading
  Many forms may use shading to hi-lite title areas
• Item Prices
  Prints Line item prices, also see order total
• Job No
  Optionally prints on most forms, midway, may be renamed and searched
• Quantity Due
  Prints quantity not received next to order quantity as 100(50)
• Order Total
  Prints at the lower right of the form, see also item prices
• Print Sample Forms
  Select an order to print and click here to view a sample of each form
• Insert Logo
  Insert a company logo to print next to, above or instead of company name
  Hover mouse over form for approx image size, the logo is copied into the program folder, if editing edit the copy in the folder
• Close Window
  Closing the window with this button, allows the print, if started, to continue
• Include This Information
  Checked boxes are included on printed form
• Portrait Modern
  Click link above to view, back button to return, will print 'Bill To'
• Landscape Modern
  Click link above to view, back button to return, will print 'Bill To'
• Classic Small Logo
